Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron Two-Six (HSC-26); previously known as Helicopter Combat Support Squadron Six (HC-6) was established on 1 September 1967, out of HC-4 Detachment Norfolk and the Navy's changing need for helicopter support. HSC-26 flies the the MH-60S Knighthawk and boasts the first and only permanent deployed MH-60S detachment to Bahrain. HSC-26 is home to approximately 400 of the Navy's finest! The Officers' Spouses' Club works to support the sailors and families of HSC-26 as well as the Navy community as a whole.
